ROM Wellness Benefits

The number one benefit of the ROM is the time it takes to get “the workout” done.  With hectic lifestyles today, we are adding more stress to our bodies with no time to work it out.  Commit to 15 minutes in our studio two or three times a week and you will be a different person.

The machine is marketed to own in your home, but with a cost of $15,000 plus shipping, to most household budgets, that is not affordable.  Owning it yourself the manufacturers recommend one 4- minute workout per day.  Because you expense the time to come to the studio, you will do the both of the 4-minute workouts on the same day – one for the upper body and one for the lower body.  15 minutes and you are done.

As a time-managing tool, you can expense minimal time to accomplish a full-body workout for health improvement and maintenance.  The ROM allows you to:

  • Increase muscle tone
  • Gain more flexibility
  • Increase metabolism
  • Increase energy level
  • Burn calories to lose weight
  • Reduce stress & anxiety

The ROM (Range Of Motion) is a big breakthrough in the time required for a full workout  because it will give ANYONE a complete workout in 4 minutes.  Although it is hard to fathom, the complete workout achieved on the ROM in 4 minutes flat is a combination of all three components of a fully balanced conventional workout routine that gives you all of the results obtained from the following:

  • The cardio benefits from 20 to 45 minutes of aerobic cardio exercise.
  • The strength and muscle toning benefits from 45 minutes weight training.
  • The flexibility benefits to joints and tendons from 20 minutes of stretching.

HOW IS ALL OF THIS POSSIBLE? TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE?

The objective of exercise is to slightly traumatize the parts of your body on which you want to improve health.  To improve muscle strength and muscle tone you must traumatize the muscle fibers. After doing that you give the muscles a 48 hour rest to repair and recover and to get stronger in the process. The muscles you build with the ROM machine are the long lean kind that swimmers have, not the shorter bulky kind that body builders develop. To improve the health and capability of tendons and joints for increased flexibility and limberness you must traumatize (hurt) them slightly, from which they will emerge stronger and improved after a 48-hour recovery period. To improve the function of your cardiovascular system (heart, lungs, blood vessels) you must place a slight over-demand on them from which they will emerge stronger and improved after a 48-hour recovery period.

There is no particular length of time requirement in which you can accomplish the slight damage or slight over-demand to all these systems in your body. You can for example induce slight trauma by doing a certain exercise at 50% of your maximum capacity for 90 minutes or you can do it by exercising at 80% of your maximum capacity for 25 minutes or you can do it in 4 minutes by exercising at 105% at slight over-capacity. Very highly trained athletes can induce trauma to the target parts of the body they want to improve in even less than 4 minutes because they have more strength in their muscles and can create the required "slight damage" faster with those stronger muscles.

Try it once for free, then you will believe!
